ITALIAN VINEGRETTE
(makes 1 1/4 cups)
3/4 cup oilve oil
1/2 cup vinegar (cider, wine or rice is best)
1 Tablespoon PFSC Italian Herbs Blend
1 teaspoon freshly chopped garlic
1 teaspoon PFSC Sweet Paprika
salt of soy sauce, to taste

Mix all ingredients in a small jar or dressing decanter. Adjust to taste.
