MARINARA SAUCE
1 quart canned whole peeled tomatoes, mashed (or 4 cups fresh, chopped)
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1.5 Tablespoons PFSC Sweet Paprika
1 Tablespoon PFSC Italian Herbs Blend
salt, to taste
a little olive oil

Sauté onions and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over favorite pasta.
