1 cup tahini, roasted or raw|
1/4 cup lemon juice
3-5 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon PFSC Golden Cayenne 1/2 teaspoon PFSC Sweet Paprika soy sauce, to taste water, to desired consistency
Blend all ingredients except soy sauce and water. Add soy and water a little at a time until desired flavor and consistency is reached. This dressing is nice if kept thick and used as a dip, as well as thinned out to drizzle over grains, steamed veggies, falafel, fresh green salad.
